Finding Glad Verses: Quran Verses One through Seven

Fatiha: The Opening of the Quran

All praise is due to God alone, the Sustainer of all the worlds, 

the Most Gracious, the Dispenser of Grace, 

Lord of the Day of Judgment!

Thee alone do we worship; and unto Thee alone do we turn for aid.

Guide us the straight way,

the way of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed Thy blessings, not of those who have been condemned [by Thee], nor of those who go astray!

 

Joy moment: if God is the Sustainer, the Most Gracious, and the Dispenser of Grace, then we can be truly grateful that God alone will be our Judge. As God is Fair, Just, and Kind, then we have little to worry about. 

If we ask God, then God says we will be guided aright.
